Birth Support Plan

This plan covers the prenatal, labor, and immediate postpartum phases of birth.

$700

  • Two 90-minute prenatal meetings

  • Email and/or text support during regular business hours up until your 38th week

  • 24/7 on-call availability between your 38th and 42nd weeks

  • Continuous physical, emotional, and informational support throughout the duration of your labor

  • One - two hours of postpartum support immediately following the birth

  • One 90-minute postpartum visit within the first few days after the birth

Postpartum Support - Hospital

After the birth of your baby, you can typically expect to stay in the hospital for another 24 hours, during which you and your baby will have routine checks and procedures. I can be there to make sure your questions are answered, you’re getting good rest and nourishment, and to maintain a calm, relaxed setting.

4 hours - $100

8 hours - $175

Postpartum Support - Daytime

The basic purpose of the postpartum doula is to help make your transition easier.

$25/hour

You’d be surprised what lot a little help can do! Often, parents have an idea of how they’d like to be helped, but below are a few common ways.

  • Watch your little one while you take a shower or nap

  • Work on light housekeeping, such as laundry or dishes

  • Process the birth/life with your baby

  • Grocery shop

  • Cook/Meal Prep

  • Childcare education and support

Postpartum Support - Overnight

I will keep watch while you get some sleep. Shifts run from 10 PM - 2 AM; 2 AM - 6 AM; or 10 PM - 6 AM.

4 hours - $120

8 hours - $240

Abortion Support

The purpose of the abortion doula is to provide physical, emotional, and informational support before, during, and after the procedure.

Sliding Scale and Payment Plans

That being said — girl’s gotta eat! If you’re interested in helping someone have access to these services, you will have the option of contributing to a pro bono fund that will ensure everyone gets the support they need.
